Gearium
Description
Gearium is a game created as part of UCI GDIM 61 Final Project, Spring 2022
Gear Spinner is a 2.5D adventure platformer that encourages puzzle solving and timing. Use the character’s abilities to run, wall jump, and grapple to different platforms!
Controls (Controller Required)
Xbox Controller:
A - Jump
Left Stick - Walk (Left or Right)
Right Trigger(RT) + Left Stick - Run (Left or Right)
Right Stick - Aim Grappler
Right Bumper (RB) - Grapple
Switch/Nintendo Contoller:
B - Jump
Left Stick - Walk (Left or Right)
ZR + Left Stick - Run (Left or Right)
Right Stick - Aim Grappler
Right Bumper (R) - Grapple
Mechanics
- jump to cancel grapple and build momentum to get further across platforms
- the grappling aim cursor will lock on where the player with grapple towards
- jump while on the side of a wall to wall jump (with jump button)
